We hereby inform that, due to the incorporation of common shares of Brisanet Participacoes S.A. (BRIT3) by Brisanet Servicos de Telecomunicacoes S.A. (BRST3), as provided for in item 3.5 of the Special Procedures of the B3 Index Definitions and Procedures Manual, B3 will adopt the procedures below, starting from the opening of the trading session on December 5, 2024.
