Processing of B3 Index Portfolios due to the Incorporation of Equities of Clear Sale S.A. by Serasa S.A.
 
B3 hereby informs you that the adjustment procedures described below will be adopted for the opening of the trading session on April 2, 2025, as described in item 3.5 of the Concepts and Practices Manual for B3 Indices, available at www.b3.com.br/en_us, Market data and Indices, Indices, Broad Indices, Bovespa Index (Ibovespa), Know more.
 
Procedures for the index portfolios
 
The CLSA3 equities will be excluded from the GPTW Index (IGPTW B3), Brazil Broad-Based Index (IBrA), Diversity Index (IDVR), Financials Index (IFNC), Corporate Governance Trade Index (IGCT), Special Corporate Governance Stock Index (IGCX), Novo Mercado Corporate Governance Equity Index (IGNM), Special TagAlong Stock Index (ITAG) and SmallCap Index (SMLL) portfolios after the close of trading on April 1, 2025 at the price of the last transaction executed at B3, with the due readjustment to the divisor.
 
As the incorporating company does not meet the eligibility criteria for the above indices, it will not be included therein, in accordance with their methodology.
 
This action will also be reflected in the first preview for the four-monthly rebalancing of May 2025.
