Treatment of Index Portfolios of B3 due to the Share Incorporation Event of Atacadao S.A. (CRFB3) by Brachiosaurus 422 Participacoes S.A.
 
For the opening of the trading session on 06/02/2025, the adjustment procedures described below will be adopted, in accordance with item 3.5 of the B3 Index Definitions and Procedures Manual.
 
Procedures for Index Portfolios
 
In the portfolios of the indices listed below, CRFB3 shares will be excluded after the close of trading on 05/30/2025, at the price of the last trade carried out on B3, with the necessary change in the reducer: AGFS (B3 Agribusiness Index), IBBR (Bovespa B3 BR+ Index), IBEP (Bovespa B3 Private Companies Index), IBEW (Bovespa B3 Equal Weight Index),  IBHB (Bovespa Smart High Beta B3 Index), IBOV (Bovespa Index), IBRA (Brazil Broad Index), IBXL (Brazil 50 Index), IBXX (Brazil 100 Index), ICO2 (Carbon Efficient Index), ICON (Consumption Index), IGCT (Trade Corporate Governance Index), IGCX (Special Corporate Governance Stock Index), IGNM (Corporate Governance Index - Novo Mercado), ISEE (Corporate Sustainability Index),  ITAG (Differentiated Tag Along Stock Index), IVBX (Value Index), MLCX (MidLarge Cap Index), IBBC (Bovespa BR+ Cap 5% B3 Index) and IBBE (Bovespa BR+ Equal Weight B3 Index).
 
Since the acquiring company does not meet the eligibility criteria for these indices, it will not be included in the aforementioned indices, according to their methodology.
