Processing of B3 Index Portfolios due to the Public Tender Offer of ZAMP S.A.
 
In the Public Tender Offer for Ordinary Shares to Convert Registration of ZAMP S.A., to be held at 3:00 p.m. on September 8, 2025, as set forth in the notice published on August 7, 2025, the Offeror is willing to acquire the total of 107,625,403 (one hundred and seven million, six hundred and twenty-five thousand, four hundred and three) shares (ZAMP3).
 
For successful conversion of the registration, shareholders of over 2/3 (two thirds) of the Eligible Shares must state that they are favorable.
 
Once the registration conversion has been successfully completed, after the regular trading session of September 8, 2025 closes, the ZAMP3 asset will be excluded from the Special Tag-Along Stock Index (ITAG) at the Public Tender Offer Auction price.
 
If acceptance does not reach the minimum level of securities corresponding to 2/3 (two thirds) of the Eligible Shares of the stipulated total, ZAMP3 will remain in the ITAG portfolio with no change to the theoretical volume.
